24 марта в Краснодаре состоялось второе предварительное заседание, в ходе которого старший помощник прокурора Западного округа города Жанна Карпенко должна была отвечать на ходатайство стороны защиты. На первом предварительном заседании сторона защиты просила прекратить дело в связи с тем, что в деле нет отмены постановления об отказе в возбуждении дела. Но в зале суда обнаружилось, что постановление в деле уже существует, хотя в деле его не видела ни обвиняемая, ни её защитник. В связи с этим, защита ходайствовала вернуть дело прокурору для исправления других грубых нарушений в обвинительном заключении: не возбуждалось дело по ст. 273, не указано место и время совершения "преступления", к участию в деле в качестве специалиста привлечено лицо-представитель потерпевшего, и так далее.

Для выяснения вопроса о месте совершения "преступления" помощник прокурора Карпенко вызвала сотрудника ОБЭП Гаспаряна и одного из понятых. Понятой описал здание, где проходило изъятие компьютеров. К сотруднику ОБЭП было больше вопросов. Почему, получив задание по ул. Ленина - 4, он произвел изъятие из помещения на ул. Фрунзе - 15? Гаспарян ответил, что таблички там не было, а Денисова - была. Поэтому он решил, что прибыл по адресу. На вопрос, почему привлек специалиста Бекташева - представителя заявителя, Гаспарян сказал "вот такой он, значит, специалист". Он добавил, что Бекташев не осуществил функции специалиста. Денисова напомнила о том, что Бекташев исследовал диски и консультировал сотрудников ОБЭП изымать их или нет. Гаспарян ответил, что не помнит и не отвечает за участников изъятия.

Не был приглашен, но явился на заседание потерпевший Ивуть - директор ООО "Респект" (согласно делу — фирму-представитель Майкрософта и Корел в Краснодарском крае). Он предъявил суду доверенность от корпорации Корел на представление её интересов в суде от 9 февраля 2010 года. Этот документ ещё раз подтвердил, что постановление о признании потерпевшим и допрос потерпевшего от 15 января 2010 года были осуществлены неправомерно.

Прокурор предоставила справки, что вызванные эксперты МОО "Союз криминалистов" не могут явиться на заседание. Странно то, что предоставила отпуск эксперту Воеводину ООО «Союз криминалистов», а печать на документе гласит МОО «Союз криминалистов». Это означает недействительность документа и порождает новые вопросы о репутации данного учреждения.

Прокурору также требуется ответить на доводы защиты о недопустимости экспертизы как доказательства по делу. Судья вынес решение продолжить предварительное заседание 29 марта 2010 года в 11.00.

Одновременно с заседанием проходил круглый стол «Гражданское общество и власть Краснодарского края: взаимная открытость или противостояние?». Участники круглого стола настойчиво предложили прокурору Краснодарского края отозвать уголовное дело в отношении А.Денисовой из суда.
